He is annoying and neglectful, but it turns out that it is not worth the effort to try to correct him. It is certainly not worth the guilt of firing him. The thing is, who gives a shit if he watches the TV, really? It’s annoying. But “houseboy not being annoying” is not within the realms of the possible.
